1. Staying healthy and fit through pregnancy
2. Preparing body for birth
3. Train body to facilitate quick recovery after birth
4. Create a community of awesome, healthy mamas
What does a class look like?
Dancing Through Pregnancy is an awesome combination of stretching, strength and DANCING!
We start by warming up or bodies and stretching out our muscules. In between these movements we will add in some strength training and then, of course, we will top it all of with some light aerobic dancing to awesome music!
